The design, code, writing, and case-study material on this site belong to Jaswanth unless a source is credited otherwise. Screenshots and descriptions of client projects are shown with permission, for portfolio purposes.
Nothing here grants you a licence to copy the site’s design or code for your own use without asking first.

This site is provided as-is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and running, but no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Case-study figures and timelines are shared in good faith and shouldn’t be read as a promise of the same outcome for a different project.
05 Client engagements
Enquiring through this site — the slip, email, or a call — doesn’t itself create a contract. Actual project work, pricing, and deliverables are agreed separately in writing before anything begins, and those terms take precedence over anything implied by this page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaswanth isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

This site links out to things like GitHub, LinkedIn, and live client projects. Those sites run under their own terms — once you click through, this policy no longer applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are handled through the competent courts of Kuwait, unless a separate client agreement says otherwise.
